Ultrakleen HF Alkaline Foaming Cleaner

ULTRAKLEEN HF is a strong alkali foam cleaner with added solvency and sequestering ability. ULTRAKLEEN HF is designed to remove difficult soiling from processing equipment in the Food Industry.

Features:

* Caustic soda base to attack fats, oils and grease build ups.
* Added solvent increases grease stripping ability.
* Blend of sequestering and chelating agents ensures removal of complex soils, and easy rinsing.
* High, stable foam profile.
* Effective at low temperatures.
 

Benefits:

* Removes highly tarred and carbonaceous soils – e.g. smokehouses.
* Foam remains on surface for longer, giving more effective clean.
* Effectiveness at low temperatures reduces energy usage and condensation problems.
* Can be used as a first-step cleaner for areas of heavy fat and oil build ups, where a chlorinated cleaner is undesirable.
 

Directions for use:

* Manual Cleaning – Use ULTRAKLEEN HF at 0.5-2.0% (5-20 mls/ltr) in warm (30-40°) water. Scrub or mop the surface, and leave solution in contact with it for 5-15 minutes. Rinse off with cold or warm potable water.
* Foam Cleaning – Use ULTRAKLEEN HF at 1.0-2.0% (10-20 mls//ltr). Apply to vertical surfaces from the bottom up, and leave in contact for 15-20 minutes. Agitate where necessary with a brush or scourer, then rinse off with cold or warm potable water.
* Used with the correct antifoam additive, ULTRAKLEEN HF has also proved to be an excellent heavy duty cleaner for unsealed floors when used through an auto-scrubber. Consult your Account Manager for specific use instructions.
