Ultimate Defoaming Alkaline CIP Detergent

Ultimate is a heavy duty CIP detergent for the rapid removal of organic soils in beverage and food processing equipment. With its unique surfactant system, Ultimate will actively defoam cleaning solutions above 40°C, that are normally subject to stubborn soil-based foam build up under conditions of high agitation. Ultimate delivers fast wetting of soils and easy rinsing and has high levels of sequestration to bind and disperse minerals and other deposits

Directions for use

Use rates shown below are a general guide – contact Hygiene Technologies for use instructions for your specific situation. 

Ultimate should be used at temperatures between 50 – 75°C and will defoam solutions at temperatures above 40°C. General CIP – Between 0.3-1.0% v/v (3-10 mls/Ltr), dependent on soil. Tray and crate wash – Between 0.2-0.6% v/v (2-6 mls/Ltr). Fryer boil-out and Smokehouse CIP – Between 1.0-2.0% v/v (10-20 mls/Ltr). After use, all food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
