Tech 1630 H.D. Acid Detergent 

TECH 1630 is a heavy duty acid detergent designed for use in CIP and immersion cleaning of mineral and protein soils from ferrous metals.

Features:

* Odourless and free-rinsing.
* Low foaming.
* Very good wetting and penetrating properties.

* Concentrated acid detergent.
* Phosphoric acid and surfactant blend will remove mineral deposits and aid in the removal of organic soiling also.
* Removes scale and brightens mild steel.
* Excellent soil penetration.
* Non-corrosive to stainless steel at in-use dilutions.
 

Directions for use:

* CIP: For the removal of scale, milkstone and mineral deposits use at 0.5 – 0.7% v/v; temperature 65 – 75°C and cleaning time approximately 15 minutes.
* Immersion Cleaning: Typically a concentration 20% v/v is required. Temperature should be from ambient to 60°C with an immersion time from 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on degree of soiling. Rinse with water after cleaning step.
