Hello Guest,
SURESAN is a blend of amphoteric biocide, builders and surfactants, which provides an extremely effective broad spectrum bactericide with good detergency.
SURESAN has been formulated for use in any open-area sanitising application within the Food, Dairy and Beverage industries and is recommended for use where QAC based sanitisers are not allowed or where a high performance and cost effective solution is needed.
Features:
• High soil and water-hardness tolerance
• Good detergency
• Fast acting
• High efficacy at recommended use rate of 1%
• Free rinsing
• Low alkaline pH at in-use strength
Benefits:
• Effective sanitation even in the presence of food residue or hard water
• Works quickly and rinses quickly, saving time
• Cost effective in use, compared to other non-QAC alternatives
• Will not corrode equipment like the acid/amphoterics, acid/anionics, and peracetic acids can.
Directions for use:
• SURESAN should be used at 1.0% v/v (10mls/Ltr), mixed in cold or hot water and applied to previously cleaned surfaces. SURESAN can be applied via spray or foam method or used in a soak-tub situation and in footbaths, boot and apron dips etc., where gear is cleaned prior to treatment.
• SURESAN should be used at 2.0% v/v (20mls/Ltr) for fogging applications and when targeting yeasts and moulds. In these cases, leave SURESAN on the treated surface for at least 30 minutes.
• SURESAN can be left to air-dry on the surface as long as the surface is thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production next starts. In any case, leave SURESAN in contact with the surface for at least 10 minutes before rinsing.
