MAGNAFOAM is a heavy duty chlorinated alkaline foaming detergent. MAGNAFOAM is designed to be used as a foam cleaner and sanitiser in food processing premises.FEATURES *High strength caustic soda base to saponify fats and cut through grease.*Concentrated, powerful formula.*Contains at least 350ppm FAC @ 1% solution at time of manufacture.*Contains special additive to help chlorine “wet out” faster on surfaces.*Contains phosphate-free sequestrant and water conditioning agents.*High foaming.BENEFITS *Removes the majority of food-processing type soils encountered.*Works fast – reduces cleaning time.*Very economical in use – excellent results at low use rates.*Stable chlorine source for attacking protein and sanitising surfaces.*Will work well in medium-hard water, and rinse easily without spotting or dulling stainless steel surfaces.*High, stable foam allows effective one-pass coverage.DIRECTIONS FOR USEPre-rinse equipment to remove gross soil, before applying MAGNAFOAM. Use MAGNAFOAM mixed at 0.5 – 3.0% (5 – 30 mls/Ltr) in water no hotter than 45 degrees C. The use concentration is dependent on soil type and conditions – consult your Account Manager for the correct rate for your situation. Apply through foaming equipment or via manual application and leave to dwell for 5 – 15 minutes, scrub surface, then rinse off with cold-warm potable water.
