Resin set is called the double security system. Each filament bundle is assembled and inserted mechanically into the brush block, along with a retaining stainless steel cramp and then pressed with considerable force firmly into place. Resin is then injected onto the surface and around the filaments to form a seal and increased prevention of filaments being removed.
Inhibits dirt or moisture in the tuft holes, designed for areas with high food safety requirements such as hygiene dairy powder manufacturing.
Also good for use in areas with potential for bristles to get pinched between tight surfaces such as ribbon blenders.
